If I see you to help you lose weight with hypnosis, one of the first things that we’ll do is identify which aspects of your diet are problematic. There are many bad eating habits that people develop, and these can include boredom eating and eating past the point they are full. Once we have identified which areas of your diet are problematic, we then create three rules which I will ask you to remember. These are small behavioural changes which are easy to accommodate.


Then, through using hypnosis and NLP, I make these new behaviours second nature for you. So, if you used to eat food when you were not hungry, you would find that the action of eating when not hungry felt odd and unnatural. If you used to buy lots of unhealthy food from the supermarket, you will find that it is much easier to walk past those particular food aisles. If there were particular foods which you used to eat too much of, then you will be able to control these urges through using the techniques which I will teach you.


One of the nicest things about losing weight with hypnosis, is that it does not involve sticking to a Diet per se. There are no charts, no forbidden foods and no points to count. Rather, it involves balancing out your eating and exercise habits so that losing weight is inevitable.
