Low Self Esteem can be considered similar to depression, in that specific pessimistic thinking styles are created which negatively affect one’s emotions and behaviours. The key difference between Depression and Low Self Esteem is that these pessimistic thinking styles are general with Depression and specific with Low Self Esteem.
In a hypnotherapy session, it is my goal to ensure that you no longer thinks of yourself in terms of your self esteem. Specifically that you don’t think of yourself as having especially low, high or even average self esteem, but instead just feel happy and contented within yourself. The maxim of ‘ask yourself if you are happy and you will cease to be’ applies very strongly here.
This means that, following an appointment, you will feel calm and peaceful enough to engage with life as much you desire. Quite often, I hear reports back from clients who describe the transformation as gaining a new found self respect for themselves.
This is all achieved by using hypnosis and getting you to emotionally remember all of your talents and creativities whilst keeping your natural weaknesses in perspective. In addition to this, I’ll also provide with a complimentary CD which will reinforce the session.
