It is this stress which allows you to perform well in your public and private life. However occasionally this healthy amount of stress is replaced by an unhealthily amount of stress. This stress can then build and make engaging with day to day life difficult. Sometimes this stress can then overflow into anxiety or depression.


Using hypnotherapy to control stress will typically involve getting you to relax completely and, through hypnosis, let go of all of the stress that you were holding on to. This resets your base level of stress and makes managing life much easier. In addition to this, I will also get you to associate much more helpful feelings, such as confidence and calmness, with specific elements of your day to day life which you would have found stressful in the past. This will help stop the stress rebuilding.
