Concessions
If you are planning on paying a concessionary rate then please mention this when booking the appointment. If this is not mentioned at the point of booking, the full appointment fee will apply.

Arrival
Please arrive promptly for your appointment. If the front door is locked when you arrive at the office, please phone 0800 0196 007 and I’ll let you in.

Cancellations
Once made, If you decide to cancel the appointment then a £25 admin charge is due. Appointments missed with no notice given will be charged at 50% of the appointment fee. Appointments can only be cancelled by phoning 0800 0196 007 and speaking to me directly. Appointments cannot be cancelled by text message or email.

Payment

The fee is due immediately after the appointment and can be paid in either cash or as a cheque. Credit and Debit Cards are not accepted.
